Couples Therapy

Conflict and isolation are common and often inevitable aspects of any relationship. However, sometimes our relational patterns have us stuck and we no longer feel connected with our partners. Perhaps you are struggling with life transitions, loss, affairs, sexual dissatisfaction, child rearing or even just communication that can’t seem to go right. Feeling locked in a cycle of relational dissatisfaction can feel awful! Together we will work to  identify the habitual patterns that keep you stuck and move you toward new styles of relating that feel safe, connecting and mutually nourishing.
